KNOWLEDGE LEVEL: Expert but stumped

PROBLEM: Hardware
COMPUTER TYPE: Micron
MODEL: Millennia Pro2
RAM: 65+
OS VERSION: Windows NT 4
SERVICE PACK: 3

DESCRIPTION:

Upon rebooting I get an error saying that remote Access Service did'nt load

I tried reinstalling the Service Pack 3.

I need RAS for my Handheld PC.

Do I have to reload Windows NT?

Hi Derrick...Welcome to No Wonder.

After making your question available to our entire staff, I'm sorry to say that we are unable to find a solution to your problem.

Unfortunately, this happens from time to time due to the technical nature of the question or the fact that our volunteers do not have the experience with it.

The only thing I can suggest is before you re-install WinNT and SP3, try uninstalling RAS and re-installing it then SP3.
