Description:
The other day, I downloaded the shockwave plugin directly form the Macromedia web site. I installed it to work with Netscape 3.01. However every time I try to access a shockwave site the following message comes up.

Could not load the plug-in 'Shockwave for Director' for the MIME type 'application/x-director:

Make sure enough memory is available and that the plugin is installed correctly.

I have tried to increase Netscape's memory but the same thing keeps happening. This is also the second time I have downloaded the plugin and the same thing happened.

Dear Luke,

Hi, I'm Logan! Welcome to No Wonder! I had the same problem with my PM G3/Communicator 4.0.6. What is the preferred memory size allocated to Navigator?

Sincerely,

Logan Black
