ClarisWorks Office installed from CD months ago & running o.k. Successfully downloaded Maint. updater 5.0v2. Double clicking on it's installer opens a dialogue box with message Howcum?

Make sure that your ClarisWorks application's name has not been changed. Double-check that it is named "ClarisWorks"

Click on your ClarisWorks application once, press Command-I and make sure that you do in fact have 5.0v1.

This updater will not update international versions.
