Description:
Hi, I have an iMAC and a new Superdisk drive. The drive rarely works. I've updated the USB software and relaoded the Disk driver several times. Some times the drive will load the disk, floppy or 120mb and just sit there. other times it will work; and some times it says the disk is damaged, although I've tried several new ones. Any ideas?

Hi Ronald!

If it happens with multiple disks, (120mb & floppy) there are only a few things that could be causing this...

Senerio 1: the drive is bad.
This is completely possible, send it back and get a different one.

Senerio 2: Problem with the software.
Wrong version, improperly installed, or just plain buggy.

Senerio 3: The disks were incorrectly formated.
Try reformatting them with the utility that came with the superdisk drive.

Good luck!
