Can I copy legal size documents with my Astra 600 using the Copy utility? I've looked in th owners manual, included pdf's, and the Umax web site with no luck. Thanks.

The Astra 600 has a legal size bed and you should be able to configure the software to give you a full 8.5 by 14 copy. If the Copy utility is not adequate you can do a regular scan and do a print from that image. The 600 was replaced by the 610 which handles only 8.5 by 11 or smaller.
