Hi,

I tried downloading Windows Media Player 9 for MAC Osx. After downloading and when I tried opening it, it said that there was no application for windows media.sitx.

I am using MAC OSX Tiger.

The program you need is call StuffIt Expander. You can download it from the following link:

The download is actually for the shareware version, which expires in 30 days, but contains the freeware portion which will remain active after the 30 days have passed.
