When I downloaded a wmp movie, why it's sometimes only playing black with sound on my Mac?

This happens to all of us. Some of the downloads only have a file that plays audio and not video on a Mac. There's nothing wrong on your end, it's the people that have made the file, mainly only compatible with a PC.
