Description:
When I use Microsoft Word, in True Color mode, a white box appears on the right side of the toolbar and it expands when I scroll down. Also in the right margin I will see various pieces of my document there.


I tried reinstalling the software and then uninstalling and installing.

Today, it occurred in Outlook 98. This time the box was much smaller and didn't expand.

I haven't noticed the problem in any other programs.

Any help you can give me is greatly appreciated.

I sent the computer back to Quantex and all they did was replace the hard drive.

Cathy, that sounds like a video card problem. Go to http://www.windrivers.com and download the latest drivers for your specific video card and install them. That should help.
