Adium> Preferences> Accounts tab. than select your messenger account than the minus sign at the lower left of the screen. Than use the plus sign to add it again.

Theyve blocked the ports i assume for instant messaging. In the Adium preferences theres an option to connect via HTTP (Port 80) this wont be blocked so you could try that option to connect.
