Toast isn't needed, although it's perfectly suited for making bootable backups... you can do all of this with the Mac OS X-included Disk Utility. Simply make a "CD/DVD Master" image of your Windows CD, pop in a blank CD-R, and then click the "Burn" button in Disk Utility. Easy-peasy.
