Yes it will as per what Eye TV's site says, but because Eye TV uses USB to connect to the Mac, the delay will be to great to play the game well. You could still use it as like a screen capture device, but to play the game, you will be hindered by the delay! http://www.elgato.com/eyeTV/faq.html#faq12 That is straight from their website!
