Sorry- Im sure you guys probably get this 100 times a day... I've tried to read up on websites on how to fix it- but I don't know which version of OnyX to download and I can't find the folder in Application Support to delete stuff that uncompatable.... I am no very good a computers so any help would be appreciated. It crashed extremely often and whenever I open a site...

If you want to play .wma on your Mac, then you need Flip4Mac.

The only two Mac QuickTime "codecs" you need in OS X are Perian and Flip4Mac. You will be able to view most video files that are not copy protected. Now is this video copy protected? VLC will play most any video file but if the file is with Windows Media copy protection you need to re-encode that file to mp4 or something along that way, in Windows.

Thanks, but the complete file name would be more helpful. Can you see the file name? But, with the info that you provided, I think you have a powerpoint file, which should open if you have MS Office installed. Alternatively, Open Office, or NeoOffice should let you open that.
