garagesale isnt free, everytime i copy something into the ebay window it doesnt include the formatting and pictures, just comes out as plain text without paragraphs

I don't understand what your problem is. OSX lets you copy-paste any form of text. It even does it intelligently by copying the formatting when possible. To copy web site content to eBay you will need to copy the HTML into the eBay HTML window.
