Keynote

Not sure if this is the correct category to place this question in, so feel free to move if necessary. Anyway, I somehow managed to change my settings for when I open up a PDF attachment, to attempt to open it up in Keynote, rather than Adobe. Can someone help me change back that setting to open a PDF in Adobe rather than Keynote?

Is there a way to replace placed pics in keynote, with other newer version pics (eg. like Illustrator replaces linked files)? Or do i have to do the whole thing (insert choose) all over again?

I have created a presentation with transitions and actions etc. I want to place this presentation on another computer (pc) so that it works as a looping slideshow through a projector. Hi I can't seem to find any way to embed fonts into Keynote. The end job will be used on pc machines all over, and I have no way of knowing what fonts they have.
