Funny, I've been using the capture feature in Acrobat 4 for all my OCR work. I imagine that Acrobat 5.05 should have the same feature in Mac OS X (I still need to upgrade in the near future). My wife does all her scanning into Acrobat as well, it is really a nice little app. :D (Acrobat has the same type of plug-ins folder that Photoshop has and uses the same plug-ins...
