what a load of bs... Parallels and Fusion run the Win OSs mentioned pretty well, and I'm sure your mass-email-software (spam?) would run on it as well, unless it uses DirectX 10, which I can't believe.

Servers usually tend to be used when a big uptime is needed for some of the server functions that the Server was installed for in the first place. So .. how would booting that system to a Windows OS via Boot Camp help contribute to that goal and improve that function? Or Fusion 3 - join the beta. Is there something that you'd use that can't be properly virtualized and would actually require a native boot of Windows? Do you need Boot Camp? Only you will know - what will you use that Windows for an so on. If you occasionally need a native boot version you can still use that in a virtual machine - Fusion (and I assume Parallels) definitely...
