Once Roxio Popcorn has compressed ts_video file it freezes at the preparing stage. I cannot do anything with the program except force quit it. Any help you can give will be appreciated. Thanks.

I have been using popcorn for a while now with out problems, now i am encountering error messages such as video ts drive error other errors that will not complete the dvd copy, do you know why this is happening now or any solutions to amend this? thanks david

I have teh new intel dual core and I am trying to install Roxio popcorn. I will not install, I have gone through the setup and given my CD key and the next step jumps to the disk. It will not install on my machine...Is this a intel chip thing, is there a patch?

hi. so i burned about 4 movies of mine so that i could bring the copies to school and leave the originals at home for my family to view. i used mac the ripper first and then burned the video_ts folders using popcorn (which compressed the folders to fit onto a 4.7GB DVD-RW) without any errors or trouble. maybe it's important to say here that i used an external dvd-burner...
