hi dani I am sorry i do not remember how I resoved my problem but I noticed that you said that you dragged the TS folder into popcorn - don't just drag the TS folder, but drag the whole (original) folder that the TS folder is in, hope this helps oksana

I haven't seen it happen before, but my first step would be: - Delete Popcorn & Toast from your Applications folder. - Remove everything starting with "com.roxio..." from your (home)/Library/Preferences. - Remove the "Roxio" folder from (home)/Library/Application Support - Reboot the machine, then ... - Reinstall Toast & Popcorn, reboot one more time, and test it out.

Roxio Popcorn error messages

Hi! I've problems with popcorn. When I drag a folder in to copy ts, the program quit unexpectedly. Mac osx tiger and other aplications are not affected. So I can't burn any dvd. HOw can I solve the problem? I reinstall the program but still the same problem. Thanks

Can't register Toast or Popcorn

wow, no offense, but dumb suggestions. I'm not a toddler. I think it must've been a difference in a previously registered name (Popcorn was an update). I went to register it again and it autofilled a name this time and worked. Not sure why it didn't the first time but... I'm not complaining. Thanks.
