Thats what im trying to connect (a 2.5"HD to my PowerBook G4) but apparently one usb port isnt enough to power my 2.5"HD. The Y cable the 2.5" enclosure comes with cannot connect to the one extra usb port cause its on the other side and it cant reach. What can i do, any ideas? A USB hub? Has anyone tried this? 17" Powerbook G4 not starting up (OS X 10.4.11). Powers on, to first login 'user' screen, after entering password, never loads, the 'spotlight' icon appears in the upper righthand corner, and the 'busy' wheel spins when the cursor is moved over it, else nothing. Tried 'X' on startup force OSX startup in vain.
