I want to incorporate an eps file that is in the landscape mode into Keynote, but when I try to import it, Preview seems to automatically open it in the portrait mode, thus cutting off a part of the figure on the right hand side. How can I open (import to Keynote) a landscape eps file properly?

We have web based forms for our business they have a water mark on them. When we download them to print we do not want the watermark to print. Now we can do that when it is as a pdf (we change the setting to reflect this) but we cannot seem to do it in preview, is there a setting that i mustn't be seeing or can you actually not change this.
