Missing apps from installer

I recently had to have my eMac's hard drive replaced. The shop that did the work reinstalled Panther (10.3.6) which I elected to update to 10.3.9 rather than doing my own install and update. Unfortunately I am missing Applework, Quicken, Tony Hawks Pro Skater, and a sound editing app (I forgot the name). These came with the eMac when I bought it, at least they showed up...

There is always MoneyDance 2005. It is written in Java, uses XML for the data files, and is truly cross platform. In some ways it is a bit quirky, but it handles multiple currencies and automatically compensates for current exchange rates and unlike most of the others, except Quicken, it supports on-line banking.
