Quicktime Os X Plugins

Sorry- Im sure you guys probably get this 100 times a day... I've tried to read up on websites on how to fix it- but I don't know which version of OnyX to download and I can't find the folder in Application Support to delete stuff that uncompatable.... I am no very good a computers so any help would be appreciated. It crashed extremely often and whenever I open a site...

Now what version of OS X are you running? ...

I've looked at other threads to find the answer to this... but my iTunes keeps quitting unexpectedly after loading for only a few seconds. I've tried uninstalling iTunes and reinstalling it, moving my library around, but nothing seems to work. As far as I can tell there aren't any applications that I'm running at the same time that compromise it. I'm no mac-brain by any means....

title aside, if i go to safar options and turn plugins off i can surf the web pretty well. The problem is with the plugins off, i can't view any kind of videos which makes having the internet half as fun. ...
