on Tiger OSX 10.4. ...

I recently lost my hard drive on my iMac G5 (2005 Tiger OS). Fortunately, at that time, I had backed up my address book onto my iPhone 3Gs. Yesterday, I tried to regain my contacts from my iPhone back onto my iMac, instead, it deleted all my contacts from my iPhone. Is this reversable?

Hi Jamie; I had the same problem putting a larger hard drive on my G4 mirror door. I had to use a third party package to trick the bios into accepting the large drive. As it was explained to me, before Tiger, the OS limited HD's to around 200 Gigs so the only workaround was to fool the computer.

How 2 Start Up Macbook Without Startup Disk, is it possible? My hard drive is fine, I just turned on my mac and it show the folder with the question. I bought my mac refurbished so it didn't come with the start up disk, if its possible can I start up the mac with out the disk?
