Did you do the Open DNS in your Mac or on the router? If you do it in the main router in OS X will list the router in light gray as the DNS, that's OK. there's a number of other utilities that will easily remove support files for other languages. There's Monolingual, and Youpi Optimizer, and some others. You can do a search at Versiontracker.com for 'remove languages' You WILL cause yourself some problems by removing the support files from certain software, such as Microsoft Office 2008.
