iChat is not a separately downloadable application. It comes bundled with Mac OS X 10.2 and later, and in case of 10.3 your system should already have the appropriate version of it installed in /Applications folder. Doublecheck the version of Garageband you have currently installed. Well you might be able to use Paragon NTFS for Mac OS X . Better yet make Windows XP2 or better see Mac OS Extended format with MacDrive. Warning: i have heard on the Internet grape vine that MacDrive for Windows is WAY better & more reliable than Paragon's NTFS is for Macs.
