Almost there, just need some help

Boot Camp will NOT work under 10.4.x anymore. That was a beta plan that expired when Leopard (10.5.x) came out. Like DeltaMac said your only chance with a 10.4.11 Intel Mac are either VMWare's Mac Fusion or Parallels.

Going to have to upgrade to Leopard to run bootcamp again. Leopard comes with bootcamp setup assistant and drivers. Otherwise you could run Windows through a Virtual Machine such as Parallels, VMWare Fusion, or the open source app by Sun Microsystems, VirtualBox http://www.virtualbox.org/

Could this be a CD/DVD Drive problem?

I'm running a Mac Pro (the desktop version..
