I think you need Classic's System Folder and Applications OS9 folders in the HD root directory, not in its Applications folder. I *know* your HD must have OS9 drivers installed. Launch Disk Util, click on your HD to hi-lite it, then click the blue Info button. If the entry for Mac OS9 Drivers Installed is "no," you've some work to do. As in start afresh initializing...

I think it is using the 10,000 rpm ultrastar IBM series drives which were pretty fast for their day hit save on the 2gig photoshop file and those cards would lite that box up like it christmas! ...

either way: I'm looking forward to next week. Whether it's the rumoured MacBook (nano, lite, without-a-subname, whatever), a tablet computer or finally the iPhone (the iCal logo on the invitation may suggest something regarding a PIM solution...)... I'm just glad Apple's not stopping to bring out stuff 'til April. :P
