Already for some hours now. Or am I the only one?
Has anyone some speculative clues on why Apple might be working on it? iTunes Music Store for Europe maybe?
Just a dream...
Yes, SyncML is part of the Nokia's, but is not part of iSync. iSync is using iRMC I believe for local sync, rather then SyncML. I am confident that, when this issue is solved, iSync will work with those handsets as well
I guess that the support for these handsets is only on the level of Internet connection and Address Book (SMS and notification)
Haven't tried it though, will when I get home
I have broadband internet access at home via both ADSL (768/256 - airport) and Cable (800/128 - ethernet). Is there any way that I can use both access networks at the same time, so to double downloading speeds?
Thanks,
Martijn
Maybe it is as simple as this
There's no such thing as a PC user or a Mac user. There's actually 3 kinds of computer users:
1 - Ignorant, non-savvy people, trying and struggling to send their first email and browsing their first web sites. They are yet to experience the complete hell of...
Isync is working with irMc, I believe, some technology for local sync. SyncML was originally meant for remote synchronisation (over GPRS), but SE used it for local synchronisation as well. I guess we wil just have to wait for Apple to implement it in iSync.
Now, there is an app that enables you to sync your addressbook with your P800. It appears to work only with the SIM addresses, however, we are on the right track. Check it out and send your feedback to the developer!

yes, you need hardware. EyeTV is a piece of hardware with a slot for antenna in (like in the back of the TV) and USB out. you can record 1 hour of TV (programmable) on 650Mb of harddisk. Check out www.elgato.com for more info. It looks like great stuff
This is an email that I've received from them:
EyeTVs will begin shipping to retailers throughout Europe next week.
If you can't wait that long, you can pre-order EyeTV from a few sources in Europe.
In the United Kingdom, you can send an email enquiry to Computer Warehouse at...
Currently I have a Nokia 7650. This phone is nice, since it was the first real MMS handset out there (with camera), but I am soo jealous of AdmiralAK for his P800. It's still not available in The Netherlands, but I had the chance to play with it some weeks ago and it really felt like a great...
it is possible. We've had some guys from ericsson visiting our company some weeks ago and they did a presentation (on a PC of course) using their T68i as a remote. Don't think they used an 'official' app, but built something themselves
