    Have you tried restarting? Check the Finder Preferences/Sidebar - make sure Network is checked.

    The News items are probably RSS feeds. You can turn that off in the Preferences.

    Nowonder home page has a link to the Nowonder forums. Both Macosx.com and Nowonder.com are the same forums. Scott was having some problems yesterday. I sent him a note about Nowonder being down.

    Navigate to System/Library/CoreServices/Menu Extras In the Menu Extras folder, double click the Eject.menu. This will put an eject icon in your Menu Bar. Try that.

    If your system is working ok, then delete it. I would go through it to see if there's anything you want to keep.

    Try quiting the apps using the Activity Monitor, then restart, or just power down, powering back up while holding the mouse down.

    Your machine didn't have an option for Bluetooth, so there's no module available for it, AFAIK
