Hey, Thanks a lot for the tip. I put my pictures on iPhoto on a slideshow and then I exported the slideshow to a video file. It was perfect! Now I hope to try to use Final Cut Pro and do some really cool extra effects... like zooming where I like and control other stuff.. Thanks!

I did download the software, but unfortunately it doesn't do what I want. What I really want is to drag and drop a picture, and then make an animation with it (Movie file, not a GIF), zoom in and out, slide over the picture... etc.

MPEGStreamclip is a loooot more easy to use than ffmpegX. Why? Because I can put ALL of my videos on a list, and the application will friendly convert everything for me over the night.
