How can I find out if my iBook Dual USB 700 combo running 10.2.4 has a screen resolution of 1024x768x60 or 1024x768x75?

Open your Monitors preference and check your resolutions; they should list the frequency for each resolution. Otherwise, look in your System Profiler. If it's not there, stare for a second at the screen; if your eyes start to get tired or it looks flickery, it's running 60 Hz. If the pixels are crisp, you're at 1024x768; if they're all blurry, you're at something lower.

I don't think the refresh rates apply to TFT LCD (flat) screens. Your iBook's screen probably refreshes like all the other flat screens out there.

I think flat screens are much easier on the eyes than CRTs.

(Unless you're talking about video mirroring with the external port.)

Yes, all LCDs have a 60Hz refresh, but it's not a problem as LCD hasn't to redraw the picture every time.
The image is stable.

I am just trying to find out if it it possible to hook a ADC apple display flat LCD to my iBook. I was told thst I could do it if my computer was 1064x768x60 not 1024x768x75
