Exporting contact info from Address Book question

Can someone please tell me if it is possible to export contact info from my Address Book application in a comma-delimited format?
 
It may be possible to achieve this via another program. You might export the information to vCards, then import those into another address book tht supports comma delimited format. Perhaps Netscape communicator, or Entourage/Outlook? You may have to do a little research to find one that supports Tab-delimited data as an export format.
