[HOW TO] - Setup QTSS on Jaguar

Can someone please tell me how to successfully setup Quicktime Streaming Server on Jaguar?

It is recommended by Apple to run on OSX Server, but I have heard stories of successful running on 10.2

I have installed it, but several problems are ocurring.

My IP the server seems to recognise (in the top right of the servers main window) is the IP which existed when I installed the server. It doesn't seem to update.

I can't connect to my playlist through iTunes.
I get the error "Streaming Server is not accepting any more connections."

Can anyone help?

*sigh*
Why must requests for HOWTOs come in entitled as if they were actual HOWTOs? This forum is really not the appropriate place to post an initial request for directions. Once someone replies with accurate, factual directions, THEN something qualifies to be a HOWTO. Until then, it is a general help request and should properly be posted to the Nothing But 'Net or Darwin fora.

This document should provide you with some answers to your specific inquiry:
http://www.apple.com/quicktime/products/qtss/qtssfaq.html

(BTW, the Darwin Streaming Server runs on OS X 10.1.3 or above. No server version is necessary: http://developer.apple.com/darwin/projects/streaming/ ... but Apple does stipulate that QTSS run on the server version, so you're likely to have greater success running the open source version over the Server-oriented product.)
