idisk woes

"This operation cannot be completed because the item file.jpg is in use."

What is this? I have created a jpg file and want to upload it to the sites folder in my idisk. I do this almost daily, and have never gotten this error. I tried renaming the file, copying it and renaming, but every time I do I get this message.

I tried uploading another file, and :oof:: it works (albeit slowly).

Any ideas why I can't upload this particular file, or any of its relatives?

update:

When Backup Launches to sync my idisk (automatically, every morning around 4) I now get this message -"An unrecoverable internal error has occurred". I get the same message if I try to launch Backup manually.

This is a dual g4 running panther with plenty of ram. Have not had any problems with panther, or idisk, until this. Also I have .mac (obviously)

I also get this message about an unrecoverable internal error constantly. Does anyone have any ideas? (I just repaired permissions.)
