mail.app and folders

Can anyone tell me how to create new folders in mail.app. I have started to share my MAC with my wife and she has got Entourage and I have got mail (as it is her machine most of the time now - oh how I pine for my new Imac to come ). I have avoided it until now.

I like it for the most part but there are a couple of querky things like this that I want to get over

Any help is appreciated.

Erm...
can't you just look for "create new folder" or something in the menus?

Yep. Click on any icon in the Mailboxes drawer, then Mailbox/New Mailbox to create a child folder.
