Mozilla bugs & Chimera

Hi,
I have just been reading about the various security holes that have been found in Mozilla.

http://www.theregister.co.uk/content/55/27934.html

it says "Versions of Mozilla previous to version 1.0.1 contain multiple security vulnerabilities"

If I am not mistaken Chimera is built from version 1.0 of mozilla. (please correct me if i am wrong)
So does that mean that Chimera is vulnerable also ?

On the mozdev, Chimera home page ( http://chimera.mozdev.org/ ) it says

"We now have a branch of the mozilla tree for Chimera. The Chimera tree is a branch of the Mozilla 1.0 release branch. We will not be coming back to the trunk until after Chimera 1.0 is released."

So i assume that the bugs in the Mozilla 1.0 release branch are still present in Chimera 0.6.
If you know otherwise....let us know.

From Chimera Feedback page :

Chimera is still a product in development, and we are interested in hearing your comments. What do you miss in Chimera? What features do you like? Send us feedback by mailing to chimerafeedback@netscape.com.

If you’d like to report a crash or other bug in Chimera, rather than commenting on its features, please see the Chimera bug section.

User groups and discussions

There are two places to go for discussion about Chimera. The Chimera mailing list is a good place to talk about chimera issues with other users, and to give feedback about Chimera; this list is informally monitored by the developers. It is also available as a newsgroup.

Mozillazine has a Chimera forum now.

There are also some discussion boards for Chimera, although the developers don’t monitor these at present.
