Voice Recognition Recording?

Can I use the Mic on my TiBook to record things? And if I can How can I?

Yeah sure you can. Just go to versiontracker.com and get a little shareware app like Amadeus II (that might be a little too featured for you though). It's very simple to use.

Mac OS X does not currently come with a sound recording app, which, in the opinion of most people, is kinda stupid.
