I'm in the market for a broadband modem that doubles up as a wireless router. After searching around for such a piece of hardware, I've come across the Actiontec 54 Mbps wireless gateway. Check it out here. http://www.actiontec.com/products/tech/broadband/54mbps_wireless_gateway_1p/features.html
I think it does what I need it to do (i.e. wireless basestation and broadband modem). Anyone have any idea whether it's a good buy? It seems to be the cheapest one available and is about £20 cheaper than then nearest competitor (source: http://www.dabs.com/uk/productView.htm?quicklinx=36VX&familyid=0).
Any advice will be appreciated.
