Powerbook Titanium crashed while I was burning a CD. Upon restart only the dock is displayed; no hard drive icon, no mouse, no menu bar. Powerbook will not start up from original CD when "C" key is held down. I have zapped PRAM, and PMU. Powerbook will not start up with shiift key held down...
