Just got my mac tonight. Im used to hitting prnt screen key in windows and pasteing into photoshop for taking a screen shot, how do I do it in osx? is there a program I need? if so which one. thanks

I just installed windows media player on my osx 10.2 and when I try to stream a window media file from a website it downloads it to my HD automatically. Im using safari, can i fix this so it streams and doesnt download to disk>? thanks

When i get my imac this week Im gonna install X 10.2 Jaguar. Is there anything I should do or check before I do so that will avoid messing up my comp or anything? Maybe latest updates or something or am I good to go?

is ichat available only through 10.2 or is it downloadable?

Im a serious newbie, so much of one that my mac hasnt even arrived at my house yet (ordered it today). Does ichat allow you to chat with AIM users or is it strickly its own thing like MSN?
