    Ipod Problem

    What programs are and aren't working? What's your ISP? Do you know if there's a firewall installed? Sounds like a firewall. Sounds like the AOL firewall or XP SP2. Even if you can't connect to the iTunes music store you should be able to connect to get the track names.

    Displays and dead pixels

    Just curious, is a dead pixel indicative of anything to come? Will it really remain "just one dead pixel" or does one dead pixel mean soon there will be 2 and so on? Just curious, thanks!
