I keep hitting the download button and the page just refreshes. On every site I try. I searched to see if it is already on my computer and it is no where in sight,,, HELP!!!!!

everytime I try to download pspware and other software the page just refreshes. I have tried from various sites and I have checked to see if the program is already on my computer. HOW COME I CANT DOWNLOAD SHAREWARE OR FREEWARE?!!!!! PLEASE HELP!!!!!
