I am seeing a weird issue with firefox. On a designMode page, If I do a "control + click", the menu shows up fine. But if I try to "press two fingers on trackpad + click", then the menu doesn't show up. It works fine in normal pages, only in page with contentEditable mode set to true, it fails...
