I don't know what I did byt now I have double log out, shut down and restart entries, and my system is running really slow. I have a 2.66 Intel duo core IMac. Any ideas? It looks like I may have copied my user account by accident and both are trying to run at the same time. thank you

Thank you for replying. I repaired permissions, move Photoshop .plist and .pref to the trash, and the Application still crashes. It returns and error message that it cannot continue due to a hardware or software conflict, then it shuts down.

When I import JPGs from my flash card to my G5, edit, then save everything is fine. I have software on a PC that I need to use to order photos from my lab. When I move the JPGs to the PC, the JPGs have 2 file # and the software can't read them. Am I missing a setting here?

I recently acquired an IMac G3. This unit has the previous owner's login information in place, however, they do not know their password, nor is there a system disk available. Is there any workaround to be able to access this computer?
