I fixed it! It was the damn mouse!

I read your post. I also have a wireless logitech mouse. I will try and disconnect the mouse, but I don't think thats where my problem lies. I still cant startup from a CD.

When I got my iPod I ran into the same situation, but it’s not a problem. iTunes interprets video as music files, so when you select automatically update all music and playlists you are also updating your videos.

5G iPod? That's the iPod with Video, and it does support pictures. If you are talking about a different iPod that doesen't support pictures, than no, you need to install iPod Linux. Once installde you can watch video snd view pictures (in black and white). EDIT: Yea, what he said, I guess we...
