Hello, I'm new to this, so bear with me... Recently none of my applications barring safari have been able to open. They just bounce in the dock and then nothing happens... I have microsoft office '04 and every time I attempt to open a word document the Word icon just bounces and then quits...

So there is no way to use these new install disks and wipe my HD?
