Ok, here it is... # Global Postfix configuration file. This file lists only a subset # of all parameters. For the syntax, and for a complete parameter # list, see the postconf(5) manual page (command: "man 5 postconf"). # # For common configuration examples, see BASIC_CONFIGURATION_README # and...

I made the changes you suggested and I can login via a browser. :) There are no messages in the inbox even though I have sent some test messages to the address. However I am able to send mail.

not receiving Mails / DNS settings for dynDNS

I have a similar situation. I don't have a static ip and have registered with DynDNS. My domain is performa460.com. I can host web pages fine. I am unsure where to go from here for setting up a mail server. I have set up an MX record with DynDNS - mail.performa460.com. I added...

    Perl help/101

Ahh, I see! So perl is more about saving scripts and executing them from the command line rather than typing them in the terminal? Is there a good place you can point me to for "perl for dummies"? Thanks for your help.

    Perl help/101

Just for some very basic knowledge, I wanted to learn a little bit about perl in OS X. I just want to get my toes a little bit wet and I was wondering how to run some basic commands and/or scripts. When I type this in the terminal... #!/usr/bin/perl All I get is - "tcsh: /usr/bin/perl: Event...

    My screen is, umm, jacked...

    Never mind, I just had to trash com.apple.CoreGraphics.plist. This is how it was set... <?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?> <!DOCTYPE plist PUBLIC "-//Apple Computer//DTD PLIST 1.0//EN" "http://www.apple.com/DTDs/PropertyList-1.0.dtd"> <plist version="1.0"> <dict>...

    My screen is, umm, jacked...

Not really sure how this happened. It seems like my colors are inverted. This happened when I was trying to reboot via cmd+option+esc key. I know I also had the terminal open. It's weird because the colors are fine when booting but change when the Finder is starting up. Any idea how to fix this?
