    Problems with iTunes 9.1.1

I deleted 3 files: iTunes Library, iTunes Library Extras.itdb, and iTunes Library Genius.itdb, along with Previous iTunes Libraries, and all the music on my computer. And I did back everything up on an external hard drive before I deleted anything. I then re-installed iTunes, and everything...

    Problems with iTunes 9.1.1

I didn't post another question. I submitted that question to the techs on this site before I posted on here, because this problem was the whole reason I joined this site, to get help from mac experts. They sent me an email saying that they were unable to answer it in 7 days and that they had...

    Problems with iTunes 9.1.1

I used Disk Utility and verified the disk permissions and got the message, "The volume Macintosh HD appears to be OK." I did not see an option to verify the disk integrity. After installing iTunes, I clicked to add music on my own, but when iTunes started up, all my music (MP3) was already in...

    Problems with iTunes 9.1.1

Ok, I deleted iTunes along with 3 of the files you mentioned. I didn't have com.apple.iTunes.helper.plist but had the others. Problems with iTunes 9.1.1

Ok, I see messages for hang reports, crash reports, and messages showing that iTunes was forced to quit. Is there something specific I'm looking for? Sorry, I'm pretty clueless as far as this goes.

    Problems with iTunes 9.1.1

There's no message that pops up, I just get a spinning beach ball/wheel. When I try to force quit, it says "iTunes (not responding)". I checked and repaired my disk permissions, and it still hasn't fixed my problem.

    Problems with iTunes 9.1.1

For the past few days, I've been having problems loading iTunes. When I try to open it, my cursor turns into the spinning wheel and it will not let me click anything and I have to force quit. I've already reinstalled iTunes, and deleted the com.apple.iTunes.plist file in my User Preferences...
