So...how'd ya get on? I'm still having password amnesia. Have upgraded to Snow Leopard and it still does it. Driving me crazy, switching back to Entourage...sadly.

It doesn't work for me now either, and I find that Mail crashes numerous times everday now. I always click on the "Send Report to Apple" what good that does I dont know. It seems very unstable. Sadly I'm considering the switch back to Microsoft Entourage :(

Oh well, worth a try. As you say, Apple should fix this, no other mail client I have does this.

Although we know WHY it does it (if the mail server is slow to respond Mail app thinks the password is not valid, this is why it asks for it again) I still think that Apple could put in some sort of fix. But until then, I found this, seems to work for me, don't ask me why! In keychain...

Ah, well we all use our macs differently, The reason why I need another notify is that I like to hide my dock, so I wouldn't see when something comes in, and as for sounds, I do a lot of recording so a ding or whatever can occur at very inopportune moments!! I found a cracking little app...

I currently have this option enabled but what I actually want to do is add another column alongside name, date modified, size, kind etc. There's an app called PathFinder that does it beautifully but I'd prefer to use the apple app (and not pay for another finder!). I cant...

Anyone know how to add another column in finder display to show the path of the file?

Currently the Safari right Click option of "Search In Google" goes and searches Google.com is there any way of changing this to search Google.uk?

apple mighty mouse (wireless) And I have it configured for left handers but that shouldn't make any difference. I think the app just ignores all buttons apart from the Left click (in my case its the Right Click of course!)
