Entourage does not identify junk email at all. Even on the highest setting where only messages from the address book are meant to be accepted the most obvious junk is not identified. I am sure I have missed something obvious, but I seem to have tried most things including reloading Entourage...

Its a work thing with me, it is what I am expected to use. Outlook on my PC works fine and the spam filter works OK. I have Mail so perhaps I had better use that.

My problem is that the filter, on all settings, does nothing at all. I do delete all spam manually, but the number of them is increasing :(
